Terms and Conditions

• This proposal is strictly on a Friends of ALTO Beyond basis and may not be shared with other parties, without the express consent of ALTO Limited
• All quotations for requested bookings between June and November inclusive will have a 24 hour validity. Expired quotes will not be reinstated and inventory will be resold.
• Bookings that are confirmed within the 24 hour quotation period, must be done so in writing or by confirmed message and with a non-refundable 100% deposit payable within 24 hours of confirmation of Booking.
• Bookings will be automatically released in the event funds are not received upon due dates. Kindly provide remittance confirmation for all payments in favour of ALTO Limited.
• Payments are via bank transfer, all major credit cards or Revolut, unless agreed in advance by ALTO Beyond.
• Full names, contact (email and/or mobile phone) and photo ID of Guests are required at time of confirmation ie. Not less than 14 days in advance. No changes or additions to the named parties may be made, unless agreed in advance by ALTO Beyond.
• All quotations and remittances are in Euro € only, unless agreed in advance by ALTO Beyond.
• EU GDPR are fully enforced throughout the booking procedure as well as post Guest stay. No correspondence regarding Guests at the time of stay will be entered into.
• We do not permit single use or plastic water/bottles on the premises under any circumstances. Mineral water is provided to our Guests FOC.
• Food consumption in the Suites is not acceptable under any circumstances. A sanitisation fee will be applied in the event Guests breach this condition of accommodation.
• ALTO Beyond protects the privacy of its Guests and no correspondence regarding other Guests at the time of stay will be entered into.
• ALTO Beyond provides all Guests with a 3 minute preference questionnaire which enables the property to cater exclusively for each Guest. In the event bookings are carried out by a third party, the questionnaire is still required by the property 7 days in advance of arrival. All quotations and remittances are in Euro € only, unless agreed in advance by ALTO Beyond.
• ALTO Beyond protects the privacy of its Guests and no correspondence regarding other Guests at the time of stay will be entered into.

• ALTO Beyond reserves the right to decline bookings that do not comply with terms and conditions set out above.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change and amendment from time to time. Third Party and Guests will be notified of such changes, in advance.
• ALTO Limited (VAT No.: MT26740321) is a Registered Limited Liability (C93675) in the jurisdiction of Malta. All legal references are within EU and Maltese statutes at law.
• ALTO Beyond is the Licenced premises operated under the Malta Tourism Authority license Number: 113778
